Please use the from below to instruct HIPP Leeds on a property that requires a Home Information Pack (HIP) or Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). Once you have submitted the form, you will be prompted for online payment (optional). All surveys must be paid for by cheque or online before the survey or in person at the time of survey unless alternative arrangements have been made. You may also use the form for a general enquiry.
